HealthSpan Performance and Injury Prevention
“Train with Purpose, Empower through Strength.”
As a healthcare provider, my personal well-being is essential to delivering the best patient care. I prioritize my health because it directly impacts the quality of care I provide to my patients and allows me to show up as the best version of myself both for my career and personal relationships. My struggle is after a long workday, consistency with exercise can feel out of reach. Through years of experience, I developed a system that is flexible with time, adaptable in exercise variety, and forgiving when motivation runs low.
My expertise lies in creating a sustainable, enjoyable, and functional exercise program that builds accountability through community. My workouts focus on preventing injury, reducing burnout, and preparing you for the unexpected physical demands of life. By blending diverse methods—including strength training, plyometrics, calisthenics, tabata, speed/agility work, endurance, and mobility—I help healthcare professionals build resilience, and improve their quality of life.
Mission
Core Values
Health Span
I believe health is more than the absence of disease rather a life-long pursuit to live stronger, and with greater clarity—extending not just the years of life, but the quality and capacity within them.
Consistency
I value small, repeated actions that compounds into meaningful change, rather than quick fixes.
Community
I cultivate community to create accountability, support, and shared motivation that strengthens lasting health outcomes.Compassion
I practice compassion by treating every individual with empathy, respect, and genuine care for their unique story.
